My fees for out of pocket therapy services are as follows:

• Individual Counseling: $200 per 55 minute session

• Relationship Counseling: $225 per 55 minute session

• Initial Psychological Evaluation: $225 per 55 minute session

Limited sliding scale options are available for financial hardship, please contact me to discuss my current sliding scale availability.

I offer a 20% discount for payment rendered at time of service.

A 24 hour notice is requested for cancellation. I charge a fee of $100 for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.

I am in network with: PacificSource Commercial, Moda, First Choice Health (this also includes Kaiser members with added choice benefits), United Healthcare (Optum) and Providence health plans. Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) is anticipated in August/September 2026,

I am out of network and am unable to offer billing for all other health plans. However, I can provide a receipt (called a “superbill”) for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, if your insurance will cover out-of-network mental health services.
